Kids’ products are shipped separately from adult items as they require special handling. In some cases, products may arrive at slightly different times.
We offer economy shipping on all orders, if you select expedited shipping, you will NOT be charged additional shipping fees on these multiple shipments. -
This website is the Merrell website for the US region. We do not offer shipping to international locations outside of the United States or to freight forwarding agencies. All orders placed on the Merrell site that are being shipped to an international location or freight forwarding agency will be canceled.

Yes. Merrell offers free economy shipping in the contiguous United States on all orders above $49. For orders below $49, you will be charged a shipping fee of $8.
This free shipping threshold does NOT apply to areas outside of the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For more information on shipping fees, please refer to our shipping information page. -
There are several reasons why an order may be delayed. Typically, delays result from shipping delays such as inclement weather, or from order-related data discrepancies. For instance, if the billing information you provide does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
